The Education Department of the Washington Conference of Seventh-day Adventists wanted help in deciding when and where to establish new schools. GFI Consulting mapped the “reach” of all current schools in the conference and compared specific school demographics with community demographics. We also provided demographics and mapping to show concentrations of school age populations that are not currently served by the conference. Prepared with this information, the conference can now move ahead intelligently with plans for expansion.
We do a similar analysis for churches in a conference or union, helping leaders determine where population concentrations beyond the current reach of the church call for new church plants.
